I am in the process of writing a book about doubt and other aspects of uncertainty (e.g. waiting) in relation to both the practical living of life and one’s faith and belief.
I am a particularly interested in including real life examples to help give the book a very grounded, practical perspective. Such contributions have formed a valuable element within the books, Loving Yourself and Finding Stability in Times of Change.
I hope you might feel able to contribute and here are some questions to consider but you are welcome to address other aspects connected with the topic if you prefer:
• What do you have doubts about? (Be that within the practicalities of life and/or faith)
• How do those doubts or uncertainties make you feel?
• What have you found helpful in dealing with such feelings? (Be that within the practicalities of life and/or faith)
Anything you write will be treated with strict confidence by myself. Any contributions used in the book will be anonymized. Your actual words will not be altered without consulting you but may be edited for length or only partially used.
Contribution to be sent directly to me at richardnfrost@outlook.com.
With many thanks, Richard
